ZP Microphones is a small independent microphone manufacturer in Belgium.

Our microphones are built, prepared and individually tested with care before they leave our workshop.

Because of the boutique nature of our products, we keep our return policy simple.

Consumers within the European Union may exercise their applicable statutory right of withdrawal,

including the 14-day withdrawal period where legally applicable.

Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Custom-made or personalised products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, all sales are generally final and returns for change of mind

are not normally accepted, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

If your microphone arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work directly with you to resolve the issue.

Any authorised return must be complete and carefully packaged, including the supplied accessories.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was supplied defective or incorrectly,

or applicable law requires otherwise.
