If you are not 100 per cent happy with an item you ordered from ZP microphones,
get in touch with us and we'll initiate the return.
Within the EU, ZP Microphones will assume the cost of return deliveries.

  together with your name and order date

• You'll receive all information necessary for returning your item.

• Of course we also help with return wishes via E-Mail or telephone.
   

• Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging,

• with all components and accessories and without signs of use.
